Fun Weekend with Buddy

We had a fun weekend spending time with Caden, when he came to visit. We went and fed the "monster" fish at daddy's work, played outside, and ran around all over the place!

Garlyn Zoo

Grandma and Papa came for a visit, and we took a road trip to the Garlyn Zoo in the U.P. It's not your typical city zoo, but it was fun to take the girls and show them the animals. Cadence was her shy self at first, but when were ready to leave she wanted to go back around and see some more animals. Ainslee on the other hand tried to touch anything that would come her way. After we left the Zoo, we had a picnic lunch in St. Ignace at the park overlooking the Bridge. It was a great day to spend with Grandma and Papa!

Snake!

Today has been a busy day at the Glass house. We were outside at 8:30am weeding our garden, planting cucumber and zucchini plants, and we found a baby snake! Ainslee pretty much went and tackled the thing, Cadence was a little hesitant at first, but at the end she touched it and even picked it up!
